Los Chelazos is a blend of coffees from the Chalatenango region in northern El Salvador, near the Montecristo Trifinio biosphere reserve shared with Guatemala and Honduras. The name refers to the local people of the area, known as “Chelitos,” recognized for their lighter features compared to the rest of the country. Since 2012, Caravela has worked alongside producers from communities such as Citalá and La Palma, building long-term relationships focused on quality, consistency, and sustainability
